富永顺太郎

据富永顺太郎1955年2月—12月笔供，他1895年生，日本福岛县人。1926年—1931年1月在哈尔滨日本内务事务官石川银三的事务所任职。1939年6月后，任华北交通株式会社课长、资业局次长，总裁室交通地志室主事。

1、自供罪

重要罪行有：

“我于1938年6月调任资业局第2交通课长”，“在路警的名义下对旅客、当然也对一般沿线居民进行了不可计量的不法行为，后来路警完全成了对人民的镇压工具”。

1941年12月后，“因我兼任北京华北交通株式会社本社警务局所属*特务班班长职务”，“严格的监视取缔第三国人特别是交战国英美法国的侨民”，“对于间谍嫌疑浓厚的人予以逮捕讯问，其中三、四名送了上述日高机关。1名是白俄，其它均为中国人”。

1943年10月，“派遣日本技术人员潜入西北地区作密探，搜集交通情报”。

1943年，“发现美式重（型）轰炸机B29型所用新基地，报告日本军”。

1944年“制作京汉线南段铁路恢复工事计划，协助日本军河南侵略作战”。
