野崎茂作

据野崎茂作1954年8月笔供，他1898年9月出生，日本静冈县人。1931年起到中国东北参加侵华战争，曾任奉天日本宪兵队兵工厂分队曹长，怀德县警务科科长等职。1946年1月15日被逮捕。

1、重要罪行

1931年10月—12月，带领部下先后3次逮捕“15名*军兵士，命部下井上军曹拷问，于12月25日”“用手枪枪毙”。

1932年8月，率部下在奉天将张海鹏部下军士5名在拷问后用手枪枪毙。

1932年12月，率宪兵在庄河县逮捕并拷问邓铁梅抗日武装士兵18名，“在庄河县城北500米的沙滩上，指挥宪兵15名，把该18名排成一列横队，用马枪枪毙”。

1932年12月，率宪兵在大孤山西方的村落里逮捕抗日人员、*员5人，拷问后枪杀。

1933年2月，任新京宪兵队吉林宪兵分队班长、宪兵曹长时，率部下将刘东波部下5名带到吉林市外西南方2公里处枪杀。

1935年6月，在奉天日本宪兵队附属地分队时，在密山县报告抓到李杜部抗日战士12人，接上司命令后全部枪毙了。

June1935:whileservinginthelocalbranchofMukdenJapaneseMilitaryPolice,reportedthat12anti-JapanesesoldiersofLiDu’stroopswerecapturedinMishanCounty,whowerethenshottodeathuponasuperiororder.
