)，并承诺向被委托方履行该协议规定的相关义务。

Consignor has signed NCEN Import(Export)Transaction Service Agreement (No.) with Consignee, and promised Consignee to perform the relevant obligation of the Agreement.

2.委托方已详细了解“央视宽带数据广播网商品信息播发说明”(简称《播发说明》，见附件)的内容，并在本合同签订之日按照《播发说明》中的播发规定向被委托方提供了商品信息【包括企业及其产品证明文件、信息载体光盘(全帧720×576未进行文件压缩的AVI格式)及播发内容】，并由播发机构审核。

Consignor has perused Contents of CCTV D.B.N. Commodity Information Broadcast Notification(for short Broadcast Notification, see the enclosure)，and has submitted commodity information 【including qualifications of enterprise and its products, broadcast carrier (the whole frame 720×576 not compressed AVI format)and broadcast contents】 to Consignee for verification of Broadcast Institute according to the stipulation of the Broadcast Notification.

3.被委托方在本合同签订之日向委托方提供播发机构出具的《商品信息播发受理通知单》，如委托方所提交的播发信息内容通过播发机构播发审查，被委托方在本合同注明的最迟“播发日期”后1个工作日内向委托方提供播发机构出具的《商品信息播发通知单》。
